Scuffed UNO is built and maintained by an independent developer. There's no support ticket system — email is the fastest way to reach us and we read every message.

• Bug reports — what happened, what you expected, and the room code if you have it (the game state at the time helps a lot).
• Account or data requests — deleting your account, correcting data, or questions about what we store. See the privacy policy for what's collected.
• Feedback and feature ideas — house rules, modes, or anything that would make the game better.
• Report a player — abusive chat or cheating; include the room code and roughly when it happened.

This is a small, independently-run project, so replies aren't instant — but every email gets read and most get a reply within a few days.
